Jamaican women’s team wins Penn Relays 4×100 gold

PHILADELPHIA –  The  Jamaican  women’s 4x100m team won the Pennsylvania Relays gold in the  USA vs The World  series on Saturday  at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.

The team of Gayon Evans, Kerron Stewart, Schillone Calvert-Powell, and Jura Levy ran 43.14 seconds to beat two American teams and Guyana and retained the title they won last year and for the seventh time overall.

The USA Red team which featured Aaliyah Brown, Kimberlyn Duncan, Destinee Brown and Kyra Jefferson, finished second in 43.18 seconds ahead of the USA Blue in 43.71 seconds and Guyana 46.40 seconds as Trinidad and Tobago failed to finish
